When contract management personnel are not able to resolve an issue, refer to a third level of contract compliance to garner action from the plan.

The following are a few you might want to consider:

  • complaints to regulatory agencies
  • complaints to employers
  • notice of breach of contract
  • initiating contractual dispute resolution mechanisms
  • termination notices
  • legal action to effect compliance with contracts, statues, and regulations
