Patient satisfaction surveys – put in online

In today’s electronic age, it just doesn’t make sense to send out patient satisfaction surveys on paper. I bet most of your patients have email and access to the internet. [By the way, from a marketing standpoint, you should be collecting email addresses from all of your patients].

One of the most common electronic survey services used by many medical practices is called Survey Monkey. Information on this service can be found at

I have found you will you get more and better responses to your survey if you send it out electronically rather than on paper. It will also show your younger patients that you are “with the times” as they say. If you haven’t sent out a patient satisfaction recently, now is the time to do it. The information you gather will be well worth the effort.
