One way to impress new patients in your physician office

Want to make a huge first impression and add a personal touch to welcoming new patients? Send a practice brochure with your welcome letter. In the letter indicate the names of employees who will be assisting them. Example: Mary, our receptionist will greet you upon entering our office. Joan, our medical assistant will help you with health questions and assist you in the clinical area. Betty, our insurance clerk will be prepared to get the insurance paper work completed.

For a lot of people, it is the personal touches that matter most. Unfortunately many physician offices forget this concept.
