Another place to find employee candidates

Written by Reed Tinsley | April 7, 2008

I've always had good luck finding medical practice employees at monster.com and local/state MGMA websites if they exist (I really had employment ads in the local newspaper!). Now there seems to be another good place, even though I must admit I haven't tried it yet – Craig's List (https://www.craigslist.org/about/sites.html). Here are some recent comments from practice administrators:

"I'll get boos from the audience, but I have had great success with Craigslist of late.  I have gotten some fabulous respondents."

"I'm with Dave regarding Craig's List.  I had never heard of it until 2-3 years ago when I tested it for an RN position for my client in SF.  I had previously used agencies, spent money, and got mixed results.  I quickly became a convert".
