CMS announces 9.9% cut in reimbursement for next year

Here is the announcement as written by David Harlow on his healthcare blog……..notice that even CMS thinks Congress will probably intervene again for fear that if the cuts do go through, many doctors around the country will refuse to see new Medicare patients in their practices:
