CMS has posted the Stark III regulations. The regulations will be published in the federal register next week (September 5) or they can currently be downloaded from the CMS website: http://www.cms.hhs.gov/PhysicianSelfReferral/Downloads/CMS-1810-F.pdf.
It will be interesting to see the commentaries these rules are likely to spark. Stay tuned!
