Getting down to the nitty-gritty details

Written by Reed Tinsley | June 3, 2008

Get down to the nitty-gritty details of your offer to a candidate in your offer letter. The letter should

  • reinforce your interest in having that candidate be a member of your practice
  • reiterate any positive aspects the candidate mentioned about your opportunity, community, etc.
  • make the compensation details clear (i.e. expected bonuses, overtime pay, etc.)
