Help your practice convert to a credit card system

If you put into place a system to accept credit cards, don’t assume that your staff already know how to use it. Review with them the following basic steps to improve credit card payments at your office:

  • Support it from the top
  • Educate the staff
  • Invest in the equipment
  • Put up signs everywhere
  • Encourage payment by phone
  • Offer preauthorized payment
