You can inquire about:
- Specific guideline
- What additional information is needed on a claim
- Medicare Remittance Notice
- CMS rulings
- Where to find procedure allowable
- We cannot respond to "patient specific" or protected health information, Appeals or MSP inquires via e-mail.
If Trailblazer is not your Medicare intermediary, check to see if your state's Medicare carrier has a similar way to get your Medicare questions answered through a simple email inquiry.
